On Friday (11 July) at about 9.45am two suspects hijacked a man at gunpoint in Luipaardsvlei.
It is alleged that the suspects saw the man getting out of his vehicle. They then pointed a firearm at him and demanded the car keys, which he gave to them and they drove off.
According to Krugersdorp SAPS spokesperson Tshepiso Mashale the victim saw a police vehicle in the area and alerted them that he had been hijacked by two unknown males a few minutes earlier.
