DA councillor Boitumelo Mangena’s goal is to make a difference in her community. She is a party representative councillor in Ward 11, Kagiso.
On Sunday 10 August she visited the Christ Life Centre in Chief Mogale not only to attend the church service but to witness the tremendous contribution that the church is making through its feeding scheme by providing meals to members of the community.
This encouraged the councillor to donate food to this feeding scheme.
“On my visit to the church I also noticed that the church is in need of many other resources such as building materials.”
Boitumelo would like to encourage all members of the community to contribute as much as they can to the church.
“This will ensure that we make a difference in our community one day at a time,” she adds.
