Passenger dies and three more injured on N14

A person was killed and another three injured during a collision on the N14 close to Malibongwe Drive in Nooitgedacht last Friday, 1 May.

Pieter Rossouw, a spokesperson for ER24 said paramedics arrived at the scene where they found a car which seems to have lost control and drove over the barrier of the road landing in a nearby field.

Two people have sustained moderate injuries, another was in a critical condition while one passenger was killed.

Rossouw said they treated the critical patient who was then airlifted by another ambulance service to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

The other two moderately injured patients were also transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
