A Krugersdorp resident discovered strange ritual leftovers in a field.

A Krugersdorp resident stumbled upon a strange setting which seems to be the leftovers of a possible ritual of some sort.

The curious resident quickly got the community buzzing yesterday, 18 August, after posting pictures of the ‘ritual’ leftovers on the popular Krugersdorp Network Community page on Facebook.

The post generated nearly 56 comments by curious readers wanting to know more.

Most comments stated that is it definitely not satanism as the ritual setting is apparently too clean.

Readers did however suggest that it is definitely ‘witchcraft‘ of some sort and was described as evil and ungodly.

The unusual scene was captured somewhere close to West Rand Cons on your way to Randfontein, in a field.

Abandoned clothing, tied-up fabric, a candle planted in the sand and what looks like a ceremonial wooden dagger was found at in the field.

However, a reader commented that it could be a sangoma initiation and another reader provided an interesting explanation about the weird ritual leftovers.
