Something big is coming

The event is structured for the whole family and is aimed to educate spectators in a fun manner.

Internationally acclaimed artist David Huni will be exhibiting never before seen, skillfully detailed and handcrafted 20 life-like animatronic dinosaur figurines.

The exhibition will be held at Cradlestone Mall from 25 September to 8 November.

David explained his reasons and motivation behind doing this showcase. He mentioned that both dinosaurs and sculpturing always have fascinated him.

The Dino Expo is the pioneer in dinosaur paleontology exhibitions and currently has the largest footprint in the African market. In the last few years, The Dino Expo has recreated dinosaurs that are accurate to science in collaboration with the University of the Witwatersrand and exhibited successfully at various malls and shows.

The event is structured for the whole family and is aimed to educate spectators in a fun manner with performance-based educational programmes and lots of other activities fitted to suit everyone’s pocket.

Owing to the close proximity of the mall to the Cradle of Humankind it would be a perfect setting as well as adding an educational and enjoyable experience for the whole family within a mall environment. Najla Richardson, Cradlestone’s marketing manager said, “We are thrilled to be hosting The Dino Expo at Cradlestone Mall. The dinosaur mascot has become a family favourite and is well known among our shoppers. We feel the expo will bring a dynamic and enjoyable experience the whole family can experience.”

Following the dinosaur theme, Cradlestone will welcome three exciting additions to the mall that promise to bring much excitement among shoppers. There are three earmarked locations in the mall that hint of “something coming”. We are eager to see the public’s reaction to our new Cradlestone Mall family.

Tickets for The Dino Expo can be bought through Computicket. For more information call 010 020 1234 or email marketing@cradlestone.co.za or visit their website www.cradlestonemall.co.za and Facebook page.
