An angel for the community

Silver Wishes, a non-profit organisation based in Krugersdorp, has joined forces with the Playschool Academy and organised a fundraiser for the community.

The fundraiser, which will be held in conjunction with the Playschool’s open day, aims to raise funds for the community by building angels out of recyclable materials.

Each class at the Playschool will be building an angel, which will be displayed at the open day on 23 June.

Each parent at the open day will have the opportunity to vote for the best angel, by placing a donation in the buckets that will be available. The angel that receives the most donations wins and that class will receive a special surprise.

The school humbly asks members of the community to assist them in collecting the recyclable resources – anything from plastic bottles to toilet rolls.
