77th president of Krugersdorp Rotary Club inducted
She was hesitant about becoming president at first.
The Rotary Club of Krugersdorp recently inducted Heather Sparg as its 77th president.
The function held on 28 June consisted of interesting stories, memories and jokes among the Rotary members, as well as Lina Smit-Kritzinger receiving an award for the artwork that she has done for the club.
Past-president Colin Steyn presented Heather with a copy of the new Rotary banner, before inducting her as the new president.
He says that she was hesitant about becoming president at first, but after giving it some thought, she said “Yes, why not. I will give it a shot”.
