Hells Angels give Hope

Hells Angels hosted their annual fundraiser, and one of their recipients was Krugersdorp's very own Hope for the Future.

Hope for the Future received an amazing gift on Saturday 30 July, courtesy of the Hells Angels.

Every year, the Hells Angels, a bikers’ club on the West Rand, host a fundraiser. They choose the recipient of the proceeds based on honesty and selflessness, to ensure that the donations are given to families in need.

This year, Hope for the Future received the donations at an event held at the Hells Angels’ clubhouse in Maraisburg.

“It was a great day. The bikers are friendly people, who care about the community. Unfortunately, they are judged too quickly, based on their appearance,” said Hope for the Future’s Yolandi Pestana.

If you would like to find out more, or get involved with the Hells Angels, contact Helgard Coertze, Vice-President of the Hells Angels, on 072 301 7420.
