Children held for robbery
The suspects covered the complainant's face with a duvet cover and a pillow and continued to ransack her bedroom.
Two minors were arrested earlier in March after they allegedly broke into a house in Hillsview, Kagiso and stole property.
The complainant claimed that she was asleep in her house when she suddenly noticed the suspects, both 17 years old, standing next to her bed.

The suspects covered her face with the duvet cover and a pillow and continued to ransack her bedroom. The complainant then screamed for help and the suspects fled the scene on foot.
The suspects took her cellphone, handbag and iPad. She reported the matter to the Kagiso Police station.

The police traced the two minors and searched them. They were later arrested at their homes.
They were charged with house robbery and were later transferred to a youth rehabilitation facility in Soweto after their parents were informed.
