The complainant alleged that he was at the church the previous day at about 6.30am. He then left the church to go home, leaving everything in order before he left. While driving to a petrol station the next morning, he noticed a group of people assaulting a man. The complainant stopped and asked what was going on.
He was told that the man was spotted in the area, pushing a trolley-bin. The passers-by stopped him and found chairs belonging to the church in the trolley bin.
