Family catches burglars in the act and apprehends them
The community helped to chase them and they were arrested by police.
An Azaadville family caught two suspects trying to break into their home early in the morning on Monday, 26 June.
The woman was home when she allegedly heard the garage door opening.
She went to investigate and was shocked to find two unknown men, both aged 29, in her yard.

As soon as the suspects saw her, they fled on foot. The woman screamed and called her son who was in the other room. He chased the three men and members of the community joined him.
Two suspects were eventually apprehended and later handed over to police members who arrested them. They were detained at Kagiso Police Station and a case of attempted burglary was opened against them.
They appeared in court, but were remanded in custody for their bail application.
