You have barely entered the office, and it hits you – you have no clue how you are going to get through the rest of day.

It’s Tuesday morning and it has been a ‘decade’ since you left the office. The weekend was filled with bottomless glasses, good friends, early mornings and late nights.

You have barely entered the office, and it hits you – you have no clue how you are going to get through the rest of day. According to www.indiatimes.com there is only one way to recover, and that is to get back into your daily routine, but in a healthy way.

Here are a few tips to recover from your unforgettable long weekend:

• Drink a whole lot of water to flush out all those toxins (at least two litres every day for the next few days)

• Refresh your body by sleeping. Aim for at least eight to 10 hours of sleep for the next six nights

• Get rid of the free radicals by drinking two to three cups of green tea every day for a week

• Revitalise your brain with some vitamins
