Church youth help clean state hospital

“We are delighted that we could make a positive contribution to the hospital as young people."

In an effort to contribute positively and develop the community of Mogale City, the members of the Krugersdorp Wesley Guild recently visited the Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital.

The purpose of the visit, which took place early in April, was to assist the hospital in any area where they had a shortfall.

On the day, the young people helped with cleaning the hospital wards and toilets, dusting, washing dishes and emptying dustbins. This outreach programme was aimed at lending a helping hand to the vulnerable people of the community.

The Wesley Guild is a Methodist Church organisation that brings young people together to pray, worship and develop both the youth and the community at large.
