Missing Dwayne found

He left a letter with a friend saying that he needed to go somewhere where he didn't do bad.

The missing 13-year-old, Dwayne Maartins, has been found.

His mother, Judy, said Dwayne was at after-care in Tanner Street, Krugersdorp West yesterday afternoon, 29 May, when he asked the caretaker if he could take a break and go outside. The caretakers had a dog and Dwayne said he was going to play with it.

He did not return and upon investigation the caretaker found that he had left a letter with a friend saying that he needed to go somewhere where he did not do bad, and that he would return soon. He also said they should not go looking for him.

“I had such a strange feeling about his disappearance,” Judy said.

But, hours after his disappearance, his mother found him and he is safely back in her care.
