White paint spilled over Robert Broom during collision

Four men were injured – one seriously.

A bakkie painted Robert Broom Drive a bright white after it was involved in a collision with two other vehicles.

The bakkie, which was transporting paint, collided with another bakkie and a car at about 1.38pm on Friday, 8 June in Chancliff.

Tebogo Magoro, spokesperson for Netcare 911 said paramedics found one bakkie on its side, another one in the middle of the road and the car close by.

They also found four men on scene – one with serious injuries and three with moderate injuries.

“Paramedics treated the men before transporting them to hospital for further medical care,” said Magoro. The exact details of the incident were not known to paramedics but local authorities were on the scene to conduct an investigation.
