Do you recognise this suspected house robber?

Police urge those who know or have seen him to immediately call them.

Police are looking for a man who is suspected to have broken into a woman’s house while she was away.

Captain Solomon Sibiya, spokesperson for the Kagiso Police Station, said that on Tuesday, 17 July at about 2.15pm, the complainant left her home and went to a hair salon.

While on her way to the salon, she received a call from her niece who said their home had been broken into. When she returned home, she found that the back room’s door had been forced open and a number of items stolen.

The police have provided a picture of the suspect as captured by the surveillance camera in the yard of the burgled home. Anyone who recognises him is requested to call the Kagiso Police on 011 696 9131/ 9105/ 9136 immediately.
