Boyfriend stabs lover to death during argument
When police arrived on scene, the woman was lying on her back, and her lover was sitting next to her with the murder weapon nearby.
A man was arrested shortly after he stabbed his live-in lover with a knife on Saturday, 18 August.
Captain Solomon Sibiya, spokesperson for Kagiso Police station said the couple had a heated argument and after a brief struggle, he allegedly stabbed her.

“We received a complaint about a stabbing and proceeded to the scene in Sinqobile, where we found the deceased lying on the floor inside the shack. She was lying on her back and bleeding. The suspect was sitting next to her with the murder weapon nearby,” said Sibiya.
The suspect was arrested and later detained at Kagiso Police Station where he was charged and a case docket of murder opened.
He is expected to appear briefly in court soon.
