Big dreamers develop their own brand

'I have fallen in love with so many clothing brands and it made me want to start my own.'

Sandile Mathebula, 18, and Lemogang Khanyile, 17, are in the process of developing their own clothing brand known as Daily Shooter.

According to Sandile he came up with the idea last year while he was playing a well-known action-adventure video game.

He soon partnered with his close friend, Lemogang and started working on a clothing line for modern wear with a focus on lifestyle and entertainment.

To date they have designed and made a line of identical unisex sweaters, pants and shirts from scratch with the help of a local tailor. Each item of clothing has a Daily Shooter emblem, which is the symbolic weapon from the game.

This duo now aims to accumulate enough funds to open a pop-up store and create job opportunities for all clothing enthusiasts. They would also like to expand across the country and maybe even internationally too.
