The Krugersdorp Police’s social crime prevention unit and communications unit, along with representatives of the local child welfare office, LifeLine and the Teddy Bear Foundation, recently visited a local school.
On 27 May, the Grade 7 learners from Phatudi Primary School in Munsieville received a visit during an awareness campaign.
The topics discussed were bullying, child abuse, drug abuse and sexual offences.
“The principal thanked all the stakeholders for the presentation,” said Captain Raymond Sebonyane, spokesperson for the Krugersdorp Police.
