The Krugersdorp Police recently arrested a 29-year-old man for maliciously damaging property and committing assault.
The man was arrested by members of Krugersdorp’s Tracing Unit on Thursday, 30 May, after a case was opened at the Krugersdorp Police Station.
According to a statement from the Krugersdorp Police spokesperson, Captain Raymond Sebonyane, the incident occurred on 16 May at about 7.30pm.

The victim was in Market Street at his brother’s shop while he and a few friends were having a braai.
He was allegedly attacked by one of his friends after he had asked him if the meat was done.
The man’s cellphone and necklace were damaged during the assault and his attacker took the money out of his shirt pocket.
The attacker will appear in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court soon.
