The Muldersdrift Police have sent out a statement saying they are extremely concerned about the number of cases being opened for theft out of a vehicle at well-known businesses in the area.
“It is uncertain how suspects get past security guards as these particular crimes occur during the day, as soon as the driver parks his or her vehicle and enters the building,” said Constable Slindile Ntuli, spokesperson for the station. He added that sometimes these crimes take less than five minutes.
