The West Rand Trio Task team is appealing to members of the public to assist them with information that could lead to the successful arrest of a wanted man.
On 24 April, the man was involved in a house robbery in Monument. He fled the scene in the victim’s car, a silver Nissan X-trail.

The man was later apprehended by the Soweto Police and arrested, but he managed to jump out of the police car and escaped.
“He is believed to be around Soweto or Tshepisong near Kagiso,” said a statement from Captain Solomon Sibiya, spokesperson for the Kagiso Police.
