BOLO – Four robberies in half an hour

Residents are urged to be on the lookout for two suspicious vehicles that can be linked to various robberies in the area.

A local security company has sent out a warning to residents in the Krugersdorp and Roodepoort areas.

It seems there are two vehicles that can be linked to various armed robberies in the area.

The News received a voice note in which a security officer asked others to please be on the lookout for the vehicles and explained that four confirmed robberies had taken place in the space of half an hour.

The vehicles are believed to be travelling between Monument, Breaunanda and Roodekrans.

The public is urged to be vigilant and careful around suspicious vehicles. The vehicles that were noticed are a white Nissan NP200 with four armed males and a silver-grey BMW 320i, also with four male occupants.

The registration numbers are unknown at the moment.

The last confirmed robbery took place in Tobie Street, Breaunanda, the voice note stated.
