A woman from Kagiso met a terrible end during the weekend, and the Kagiso police are asking for help to identify and arrest the person or persons who carelessly killed her.
“Our sector police received a complaint of murder,” said Captain Solomon Sibiya, spokesperson for the Kagiso Police.
He said the officers set out to Mount Fletcher Street in Extension 12 of Kagiso at about 2.20am on 7 July. When they arrived on site, they found the mutilated body of a woman.
The woman’s half naked body was lying next to a toilet and she had multiple stab wounds to her neck.

They also noticed that her body had been mutilated by the removal of her nipples.
One of her friends was on scene and identified her.
“Further police investigations will determine if the deceased was raped before she was murdered,” continued Sibiya.
