Fibre Festival
24–25 AUGUST — Come meet the alpacas, feed the donkeys and browse through many stalls at the upcoming Farm Visit and Fibre Festival at Alliepad Alpakkas, Magaliesburg from 10am. There will be stalls with all you need to knit, crochet, weave, and needle-felt, and many things to buy. Boerie rolls, biltong and refreshments will be available too. Melville Koppies AGM
24 AUGUST — Melville Koppies Nature Reserve’s 60th Annual General Meeting will take place at 2pm in the Lecture Hut. Guest speaker will be Wits archaeology professor Dr Amanda Esterhuysen.
