Missing Angel found safely – just needed some time off
Angel Lethabo Mashinini, an 18-year old matric learner went missing for almost a week, but is back safely.
After almost a week of being missing, the 18-year-old matric learner Angel Lethabo Mashinini, who went missing on Saturday, 14 September, was found safely this morning, 20 September.
The News reported earlier this week that she had told her mother that she would meet her after the family had a function at their house that day.

The News was informed by a concerned member of the public who was helping the family with Angel’s disappearance, that Angel was found safely and just “needed a few days off”.
Details around her reappearance are still unclear, yet numerous community members are fuming because precious resources were used and many community members literally went on a manhunt in search for Angel.
“I am going to take this further; this is nonsense, we were seriously worried about this girl,” said a very upset community member, who had gone so far as to contact radio stations to help spread the word about her disappearance.
