Community helps family after bakkie accident has claimed mother
The whole community was shocked by a horrific accident on Tuesday. But true to the community's nature they are already trying to help the family. Here is how you can help.
On Tuesday, 22 October it felt as if the world stood still for a moment when a local woman was killed in a horrific vehicle accident on Paardekraal Drive opposite the Key West Shopping Centre.

The woman who lost her life not only left behind a husband and two children, but also friends and family. She was a well-known member of the community and many people have told how she and her family helped them in the past.
This tragedy devastated not only the Krugersdorp and Muldersdrift communities but a whole nation, and here on the West Rand the community sprung into action to try and help the bereaved family.
A bank account was opened the same day and they are trying to raise funds to help her family pay for her funeral.
