The two men who were arrested in connection with the death of another man following a fight at a local bar on 20 October 2019 appeared in court again today.
A video of the fight went viral last year and showed a scuffle starting inside the bar. Two men can be seen approaching the victim and then punching him. One of the men seems to be holding the victim while the other one punches him.

In another video that surfaced, the victim and his wife can be seen leaving while an argument continues outside.
After the altercation the victim left the bar with his wife, but sadly passed away at home later that same evening.

The two men were arrested and charged with murder in November last year and both have received bail.
They appeared in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court again today, 17 January, and the case was postponed to early February where the next step in the court case will be decided.
