LifeLine West Rand is reaching out to those who feel emotionally stressed and drained during this extraordinary time.The impact of the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic is putting a lot of strain on individuals who do not know what their tomorrow or even the 21-day lockdown will look like.
With thoughts like homelessness, job loss, food scarcity, illness, depression and isolation, many could face mental instability as the country prepares to shut down for three weeks.
Karina Swart, director of LifeLine West Rand stresses that they are here for those who need words of reassurance. Their hotlines are available 24 hours, seven days a week and Karina encourages those whose thoughts are running away with them, to contact LifeLine.
They have trained professionals to help you deal and cope with your thoughts and emotional needs.
