Family praises cops for swift reaction

A family from Rangeview expressed their gratitude to two local police officers for swiftly responding to a housebreaking and motor vehicle theft on Sunday, 28 June.

Sergeant Mtetwa and Constable Gadebe are praised for their excellent service.

“We would like to say thank you to these two men in blue. They were extremely professional and dedicated. We are grateful for their exceptional service but, even more so for their words of encouragement.

They are truly passionate about their job as policemen.

“They have shown that there is hope for South Africa. May God bless both of you,” the Joubert family wrote in a letter to the News.
