Motorcyclist killed in crash between R’fontein, Kagiso

'Nothing could be done for him' – ER24.

A man in his 40s was killed when his motorbike collided with a light motor vehicle and a truck on the R41 between Randfontein and Kagiso on Wednesday evening (29 July).

ER24 paramedics arrived on scene to find the body of the biker lying in front of the truck. The motorbike was found lying a short distance away,” said Russel Meiring, ER24 spokesperson.

He added that medics assessed the man and found he had sustained numerous injuries and showed no signs of life.

“Nothing could be done for him and he was declared dead. Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.”
