A taste of Portugal on your doorstep

One of the owners, Natalia Farinha, said she liked the concept of a Portuguese bakery and they felt that it was something the area needed.

The Checkers Shopping Centre on Robert Broom Drive was abuzz and the air was filled with new beginnings on Saturday, 22 August, when the new Bembom Café hosted their pre-opening.

The event was held for friends and family, who had the opportunity to taste the best this new Portuguese bakery had to offer.
