Homeless woman found dead in Krugersdorp West; inquest opened

Captain Raymond Sebonyane, the Krugersdorp Police spokesperson, confirmed to the News that the body was that of a homeless female aged 49.

He said the woman was found by members of the Community Policing Forum (CPF) and was unresponsive.

The deceased showed no signs of visible injuries.”

Sebonyane said the police and emergency services were called to the scene and the woman was certified dead by paramedics.

An inquest docket has been opened with the Krugersdorp Police Detectives.
