Man dies after stabbing: Brother wanted for murder

Police were called to the hospital recently where a man had died of stab wounds, allegedly inflicted by his own brother.

The Kagiso Police were called to the hospital recently where a man had died of stab wounds. The perpetrator was alleged to be his own brother.

Captain Solomon Sibiya, the Kagiso Police spokesperson explained in a statement that their members were called to the hospital at 8.45pm on Sunday, 14 March where they found the body of the 36-year-old man from Tshepisong with multiple stab wounds to his upper body lying on a stretcher.

Sibiya said witnesses who brought the man to the hospital informed police that his brother had stabbed him.

The motive for the attack is not yet known, and the Kagiso Police are searching for the brother who is still on the run.”

A murder docket has been opened for investigation, and the police appeal to anyone who has any information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts to contact them.
