More than 30 incidents reported to EPR in seven days
The most recent EPR crime incident report shows that more than 30 crime incidents were reported to the security company between January 10 and January 16.

The most recent EPR crime incident report shows that more than 30 crime incidents were reported to the security company between January 10 and January 16.
“Although in excess of 30 incidents were reported for the period, only one of them was a contact crime – an armed robbery,” said Johan Krogh, General Manager of EPR on the West Rand.
Seven break-ins were reported.
Eighteen of the incidents occurred at places of residence, 12 at businesses and one at a school.
Three attempted thefts, one intimidation, five thefts, one suspicious person, four open door incidents, seven break-ins, one trespasser and one armed robbery were reported.
The company also responded to one call of nature damage, two civil matters and five incidents of damage to property.
We remind and urge residents always to remain vigilant and to use their alarm systems at all times.”
