Pilot miraculously survives light aircraft crash in Lanseria

A pilot survived a light aircraft crash in a field near Lanseria Airport on Friday morning.

A pilot miraculously sustained only moderate injuries when a light aircraft crashed near Lanseria Airport just after 10:00 on Friday, February 25.

According to an official statement released by Emer-G-Med, “Paramedics responded to the scene and found the wreckage of a small aircraft in a field. The pilot – the only occupant – was found on scene and treated for moderate injuries.

The necessary investigations will be conducted by the aviation authorities.”
