Open Day at Mogale City Incubation Hub

'Mogale City incubation hub unlocks opportunities for SMMEs and cooperatives' – Gauteng Department of Economic Development.

The Gauteng Department of Economic Development in partnership with Mogale City and Lepharo will host an open day on Tuesday afternoon March 8 as they assess progress and commitments made at the Mogale City Incubation Hub in Munsieville since its launch in October last year.

Proceedings will start at 13:00 and finish at 15:00. The News will keep its readers updated once more information becomes available.

“The hub continues to unlock the opportunities for SMMEs and co-operatives for economic growth and job creation in Gauteng,” according to a statement issued by Loyiso Jantjies from the Gauteng Department of Economic Development.

The Mogale City Incubation Hub is one of the department’s Township Enterprise Hub initiatives, which are aligned to the Gauteng Youth Employment Strategy.

“The open day is an excellent opportunity for SMMEs and cooperatives incubating at the hub to exhibit their innovative and creative work. Members will have the opportunity to get a better understanding of the incubators and their role in the development and economic growth of the West Rand.”
