WATCH: Car on fire in Dan Pienaarville

On a rainy Wednesday morning, March 9, various emergency services responded to a scene where a car had caught fire in Dan Pienaarville.

Mogale Response Services and other emergency personnel were on scene after a light motor vehicle had caught fire at the corner of Robert Broom Drive and Pienaar Street in Dan Pienaarville on Wednesday morning, March 9.

Assisting Mogale Response Services were the West Rand District Fire and Rescue, as well Sector 3 CPF members.

The exact cause of the fire is unknown at this stage, and the News will share more information once it becomes available.

Mogale Response Services advised the public to take note of the following: “The 107 Emergency Operation Centre is the communication centre for the West Rand. Save our number for any emergency: 011 951 3030 or 112.”
