MCLM’s upcoming general valuation roll

It is time for Mogale City Local Municipality’s (MCLM) 2025/2030 general valuation roll for your property to take place between February 1 and April 30.

MCLM communications officer Adrian Amod urged residents to receive their valuation as soon as possible where ratepayers can opt to receive it via email.

“Simply update your details by emailing our customer care team at [email protected],” Adrian said.

He concluded that residents should include their email addresses, contact numbers and use the subject line as ‘Update Contact Details’.
