Power outage hits Muldersdrift
Councillor informs the community about a widespread power outage in Muldersdrift.
A large widespread power outage has occurred affecting areas including Rietfontein, Driefontein, Steynsvlei, Zwartkop, Kromdraai and Nooitgedach.
Councillor Shenan Cochrane wants to inform the community about this outage and said, “The main transmission lines are down from Steyn City’s side that feeds all our substations. This is as a result of lightning”.
“They will deal with it and once rectified our subs will return to power.”
