New debt collectors coming for Mogale City residents who owe
Two new companies have been appointed by the municipality to recover money owed in unpaid property rates and taxes.
Mogale City Local Municipality (MCLM) has appointed two new debt collection companies to assist in recovering outstanding property rates and taxes.

MCLM communications officer Refilwe Mahlangu said starting from April 1, Cigicell (PTY) LTD and Ntiyiso Consulting (PTY) LTD will officially replace Spectrum Utility Management and Batshuma as the municipality’s official service providers.
These companies will assist in credit control, revenue protection and administrative services for the municipality,” she added.
“To prevent fraud, always confirm the identity of service providers before engaging with them. When contacted by phone or email, request proper identification. If you’re uncertain, contact us through our official channels,” she continued.
