Burst pipe causes water outages in Krugersdorp CBD

Councillor updates residents and businesses on ongoing water outages in Krugersdorp CBD and parts of Krugersdorp North.

A burst pipe has disrupted the water supply in the Krugersdorp CBD this morning, October 7, at the corner of Monument and Human streets.

Ward councillor Mark Trump says residents and businesses in the CBD and surrounding areas, including the lower half of Krugersdorp North, are experiencing low water pressure and outages while municipal crews carry out repairs.

“Crews are on site, and the water supply has been shut off for repairs. It should be restored by the end of the day,” he said.
