Woman in critical condition after bike crash

'On arrival on scene a female motorcyclist was found in a critical condition and in a state of cardiac arrest' – Emer-G-Med.

A woman sustained serious injuries following a motorcycle crash in Muldersdrift this past weekend.

According to an official statement by Emer-G-Med spokesperson Kyle van Reenen, their paramedics responded to the scene on Beyers Naudé Drive just after 14:00 on Sunday, November 27.

“On arrival on scene a female motorcyclist was found in a critical condition and in a state of cardiac arrest.

“Emergency Care Practitioners worked fervently to stabilise her. After a lengthy period of CPR and advanced life intervention, her pulse was restored and she was taken rapidly by ambulance to a nearby hospital where she was handed over in a critical condition.”
