Road closures until May 30

The temporary road closures for the resurfacing of roads in Krugersdorp will last until May 30.

In a recent statement Mogale City Local Municipality (MCLM) said that Windsor Road will be closed until April 11 for repairs. The News, however, followed up since the road is still not entirely open to the public.

The company in charge of the repair work, Jamjo Civils, published a notice in the News on January 2, 2023.

The notice said that temporary road closures will take place for the rehabilitation and resurfacing of various roads.

They added that these temporary closures started on January 23 and will continue until May 30. Affected roads will be Windsor Road, Viljoen Street, and Mclean Street.

“The public is requested to drive through the neighbouring alternative streets and we ask that you please follow the signage that will be installed.”
