Third heatwave of the season to hit this week

Gauteng Weather posted on X that there will be a third heatwave of the season, with temperatures expected to reach 37 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, December 4.

“A heatwave with persistently high temperatures is expected over the central and south-eastern parts of the North West and the northern parts of the Free State until Wednesday, and the north-western parts of KZN, north-eastern parts of the North West, Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga until at least Friday, December 6,” said the South African Weather Service on X.
