Marunique sweeps titles at Toddler and Tween of the World
Representing Krugersdorp, Marunique Meyer captured the spotlight at the Toddler and Tween of the World event, earning top accolades.
Representing her hometown with pride, young Marunique Meyer claimed top honours at this year’s Disney-themed Toddler and Tween of the World (TTW) competition, impressing judges across multiple categories.
Her mother, Mariska Meyer, said the event, held over three days and concluding on October 11 in Klerksdorp, drew contestants from South Africa, Botswana and Namibia.
“Over the course of three days, young girls from across South Africa, Botswana and Namibia showcased their confidence, talent and creativity in categories such as haute couture, top model and talent,” she said.
Marunique, a Grade Six learner at Ambulanté Academy, stood out at the gala evening where the final crowning took place. Having begun her pageant journey in 2016, she has already earned more than 200 titles.
“She was crowned the High Title Supreme Winner of the competition, scoring the highest among all contestants,” Mariska said.
Marunique also received several optional awards, including:

“Winning this title still feels unreal. All the hard work finally turned into a moment I’ll never forget,” concluded Marunique.
