Curro’s U10 netball girls reign supreme
The U10 netball team from Curro Krugersdorp Primary School, and new champions, is set to take part in the upcoming JOMO netball league playoffs.
Curro Krugersdorp Primary School is over the moon to celebrate a remarkable achievement after its U10 netball team was crowned D2 League Champions recently.

Their win now propels them into the highly anticipated JOMO netball league playoffs, where they will compete among the best in the region.
Team coach Chanel Engelbrecht described the season as one of incredible commitment, growth and team spirit.
“The parents and the supporters were in awe of the skills and talent shown by their youngsters. We got goosebumps watching them play. They showed courage and sportsmanship up until the very last minute.
They are only U10 and it’s only the start of their netball journey. We are very excited to see what they can and will achieve in the future.
“It goes to show that hard work and determination always pay off,” she said.
As they prepare for the next chapter at the JOMO playoffs, Curro Krugersdorp Primary School invites the school community and the greater Krugersdorp area to rally behind their rising stars.
