Diamond and platinum wins for Pro-Practicum learners
Pro-Practicum learners showcased their talents at this year’s RACA, walking away with multiple diamond, platinum and special adjudicator awards.
Pro-Practicum School participated in this year’s RACA (Randfontein Arts and Culture Association) recently, showcasing their talents through poetry, dance, and singing performances.
According to the school’s RACA organiser, Chané van Deventer, many schools participated in the event, with several Pro-Practicum learners earning diamond and platinum awards.
“We are extremely proud of these learners,” she said.

Learner achievements include:
• Dyle Lynch (Afrikaans prepared reading) – platinum award
• Tsaone Gaya (English prepared reading) – platinum award
• Lwandile Shabalala (English poetry) – platinum award
• Tumo Nkosi (Keyboard solo) – diamond award
• Thamasanqa Leabekeng (guitar solo) – diamond award
• David Morage (two singing solos) – platinum, diamond award
• Reitumetse Molemo (two singing solos) – two diamond awards
