Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital has been one of the main medical/health facilities in Krugersdorp and considering its status as a state hospital, their service in most departments reaches a satisfactory level offering free medical assistance and treatment.
I would like to send my gratitude to each staff member who assisted me as I would have liked to be treated as a member of the community when I took my one year old son to see a doctor after noticing him becoming alarmingly ill recently. The entire process of seeing the doctor and performing various tests to identify the illness and my son being admitted after observation took the whole day but I received the best service this time than the two previous incidents I had when taking my son for medical attention.
The staff, particularly the nurses and especially Dr Burger who consulted my son, had me very impressed with the hospital as a whole and changed any doubts I had due to recent bad publicity suffered by the hospital within the local media. I approached the matter with gratitude and respect for the staff members who were clearly fully trained, well groomed and offered a pleasant sympathetic approach to me and the patient, my son, an infant who had accumulated various problems from ear infection to Pneumonia posing as the most severe reason he had to be treated.
I will continue spreading the word of the outstanding service I received and surely most of the patients at the hospital who agrees with my statement but hasn’t deemed it necessary to speak out and possibly give the hospital the image they deserve and strive for within the community and society as a whole. My special thanks goes to the doctors in ward 3 who’s “little patients” are receiving around the clock full treatment to ensure a full and speedy recovery to continue their development and growth so essential for the rest of their lives into adulthood.
The handful improvements that could be made to ensure the whole institution can be recognised for the services rendered positively impressive and at no cost to you.
Thank you to the qualified and friendly staff at Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital.
Keep up the essential work you do to ensure your patients leave happy and healthy!
