We had the misfortune to discover that we had been robbed at about 4.15am.
We also discovered that the robbers were still in an adjoining unit.
Phoned 10111 and the police were here in no time.
Very quickly the place was a hive of activity with cars everywhere. Wonderfully the police caught one of the perps and also found the stash so after a bit of a delay at the police Station I could go home with my tv and my laptop!

They are doing a great job trying to allow us ordinary citizens out of the domestic prisons in which we all have to live.
All very efficient.
Statements taken down without delay and all done by about 5.30am but with all that excitement back to bed was not possible. Also our visiting cousin from Holland was very favourably impressed with the whole “gedoente”.
